The training provides a platform where both project officers and evaluation officer were able to identify areas for project improvement.
Additionally, the officers are trained on how to make necessary adjustments to programs activities.
Furthermore, staff members are urged to ensure accountability and transparency by establishing clear benchmarks for program performance.
Among other skills acquired, include providing evidence based data to inform decision making and program planning.
